GUJCET 2025 exam will be conducted on March 23, 2025, in offline mode (pen-and-paper based). Before appearing for exam candidates must know the exam day guidelines to get a hassle-free experience.

Kolkata: GSEB will provide the GUJCET 2025 exam guidelines and dress code on the admit card. Candidates can download their admit card in the second week of March 2025 at gujcet.gseb.org.

It is mandatory for candidates to follow the exam guidelines and dress code. They must carry their GUJCET admit card and a valid ID proof (Aadhar/PAN card/driving license etc.) to the exam center. The admit card will also mention the allotted exam center.

What is the GUJCET 2025 Exam Day Guidelines?

Registered candidates should carefully review all the dos and don'ts before the exam to ensure a smooth process.

  • Candidates must download the GUJCET 2025 Admit Card as soon as it is released and carry it to the exam hall along with valid ID proof (such as Aadhar card, driving license, etc.) for verification. They will not be permitted to take GUJCET 2025 exam without the admit card and ID proof.
  • Carry a transparent black ballpoint pen.
  • Candidates should arrive at the exam center at least 30 to 45 minutes before the reporting time to avoid last-minute issues.
  • Electronic gadgets, watches, calculators, or any study materials are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the GUJCET exam hall after the exam begins or leave before the exam concludes.

What is GUJCET 2025 Dress Code?

GUJCET 2025 dress code will be announced on the official website and will also be mentioned on the GUJCET 2025 hall ticket. Candidates who will take the exam are advised to strictly follow the dress code while appearing for the exam. Wearing inappropriate attire may result in being barred from entering the exam hall.

  • Wear light-colored clothes for the exam. Avoid dark-colored or printed outfits and keep your clothing simple.
  • Choose comfortable and breathable clothes with minimal pockets to avoid a bulky appearance.
  • Avoid wearing heavy or complicated jewelry such as bracelets or large accessories.
  • Closed shoes are recommended, but candidates may be asked to remove them before entering the exam hall.

What to Carry in GUJCET 2025 Exam Centre?

Candidates are allowed to bring the following items into the GUJCET 2025 exam hall:

  • Printed copy of GUJCET admit card along with valid ID proof.
  • Passport-sized photo.
  • A transparent black ballpoint pen.
  • A transparent water bottle (labels must be removed).

What Not to Carry in GUJCET 2025 Exam Centre?

Listed items are prohibited inside the GUJCET 2025 exam Centre.

  • Food items.
  • Labeled bottles.
  • Study materials.
  • Communication devices like headphones, Bluetooth etc.
  • Electronic gadgets like smart phones, watches, calculators etc.
  • Personal belongings such as jewelry, bracelets or large accessories.
